Visas are the responsibility of the individual Traveller. Visas can take several weeks to process. Our tour consultant will be happy to point to you in the right direction for acquiring visas. Visa process can be done through us on a nominal service fees on case to case basis.
Travel insurance is compulsory for all our trips. Make sure that you are covered for medical expenses, personal liability, cancellations, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.

As per the Booking Terms & Conditions, we are constrained to levy the aforesaid Cancellation Charges in addition to the actual expenditure incurred towards visa fees , travel insurance charges, retention charges by overseas supplier etc., Company reserves the right to cancel a tour departure without assigning any reason. Under such circumstances amount paid by you will be refunded after deducting the actual expenses incurred by us like visa fees, travel insurance charges etc., but no compensation is payable. All refunds shall be given in Indian Rupees only.
