SANJOS HOLIDAYS grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. You may only use this site to make legitimate tour bookings and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any booking in anticipation of demand. You shall not make a booking in the name of fictitious person. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that would interfere or be reasonably expected to interfere with the normal working of this site. You agree to undertake and confirm that Your use of the Website shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:
(a) belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right to;
(b) is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; or unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing including but not limited to “indecent representation of women” within the meaning of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986;
(c) is misleading in any way;
(d) is patently offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, paedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

(g) promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
(h) infringes upon or violates any third party’s rights [including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person’s name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity];
(i) promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work (see “Copyright complaint” below for instructions on how to lodge a complaint about uploaded copyrighted material), such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
(j) contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
(k) provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone;
(l) provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
(m) contains video, photographs, or images of another person (with a minor or an adult).

(aa) shall not, directly or indirectly, offer, attempt to offer, trade or attempt to trade in any item, the dealing of which is prohibited or restricted in any manner under the provisions of any applicable law, rule, regulation or guideline for the time being in force.
(ab) shall not create liability for Us or cause Us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Our internet service provider (“ISPs”) or other suppliers
You shall not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Website or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Website. We reserve Our right to bar any such activity
You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Website, or any other systems or networks connected to the Website or to any server, computer, network, or to any of the services offered on or through the Website, by hacking, password “mining” or by any other illegitimate means.

You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and as amended from time to time and also all applicable Domestic laws, rules and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable Exchange Control Laws or Regulations in Force) and International Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations (including, but not limited to Sales Tax/VAT, Income Tax, Octroi, Service Tax, Central Excise, Custom Duty, Local Levies) regarding Your use of Our service and Your listing, purchase, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of tour packages or services. You shall not engage in any transaction in an item or service, which is prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law including exchange control laws or regulations for the time being in force.
Terms And Conditions
This page sets forth the terms and conditions under which SANJOS HOLIDAYS provides the information on this Website, as well as the terms and conditions governing your use of this site. By making use of this site, you shall be presumed to have agreed to the terms and conditions we have outlined below and these terms and conditions constitute your binding obligations towards Sanjos Holidays. Sanjos Holidays may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Your contract will be with Sanjos Holidays India Pvt.Ltd, A contract will come into existence between you and Sanjos Holidays India Pvt.Ltd, when we have confirmed you on our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and payments. The price you see on the Package page is only a booking in advance. Rest of the Payments you can transfer to our account through Internet banking, or cash on arrival.To hold the booking on a confirmed basis,at least an advance payment which is showing on each packages must be made and the balance amount can be paid before commencement of the tour at our office at the time of arrival before check-in to first Hotel/Resort. We hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid in advance, based on the nature of the services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the aforesaid conditions, in some cases including special train journeys like Palace on Wheels and all hotel/resort bookings during the peak tourist season, full payment must be made in advance. Sanjos Holidays offers you multiple payment methods.Payment can be made by Credit Card/Debit Card through on our secured online payment gateway system, Apart from Credit and Debit Cards, we accept payments by Internet Banking. All payments are required to be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) must be strictly borne by the payer.

3D Secure Password
The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by VISA” and “Mastercard SecureCode” services, respectively.

Rights to amend the itinerary if required:
Tour once commenced will strictly adhere to the finalized itinerary. In case of unforeseen events and circumstances well beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the itinerary for the safety and wellbeing of our esteemed Guest.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure:
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s whatsoever, we must be intimated in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date of receipt of your letter. The cancellation charges are appended herewith:
* 45 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost
* 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost
* 20 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost
* 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost
* 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND
Please note – Irrespective of the aforesaid cancellations slabs, in case of cancellation of tour services after making the booking – a minimum 10% service charge would also be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement of the tour, refund would be restricted to a limited amount depending on the amount we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For the unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportations and missed meals, etc., we do not bear any responsibility and liability for refund.
With regards to the refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of the cancellation policy as mentioned above and the cancellation policies of the suppliers like Hotels,Resorts,Airlines and the money would be accordingly refunded through bank account to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take approximately 2 – 4 weeks to complete, due to banking procedures involved. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to the Bank account, the bank charges would be deducted from the refund amount. The decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final.
Our Service, Liabilities & Limitations:
Sanjos Holidays India Pvt.Ltd, acts only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us, are issued subjected to the terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
We do not control or operate any airline neither do we control or we own any shipping company hotel or transport or any other facility or service mentioned on the site. We take care in selecting all the principles however but because we select them- we have no control on running them. We cannot be held responsible for any lack of service by any independent agency airline transport hotel or any other service provider
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as an additional amount from the customer.
All itineraries in the site are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Several factors including the weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants, etc., may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour commencement or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change, without notice, any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being.
Our rates are calculated on the basis of the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without any prior notice. In case of such changes, the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us keeping in line with the modifications done by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on the usual check-in and check-out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, unexpected declaration of local harthals, strike, riots, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any other untoward incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes well beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy to cover the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Travellers from abroad are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All luggage & personal property/s are at the client’s risk at all times.
Passports & Visas
To travel to India from overseas countries, except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 6 month valid passport and a valid Visa. Kindly note that the processing fee involved for Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.
It is advisable that the customer acquires adequate insurance cover to secure their life health and property.Any person who has a contagious disease is forbidden to travel; any person found during the tour with such a disease will be asked to leave the tour and will have to make their own arrangements to return home.
Arrival and Departure Policy:
* Check-in – 1200 – 1500 Hours
* Check-out – 1000 – 1200 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For a guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the night before. Late check-outs are available on request, but is subject to availability / payment. We can always make a request for an early check-in or a late checkout if required, but we do not guarantee it, which is entirely dependent on the hotel policies, time of the year and the availability of the room.
Arbitration and Governing Law
In the event of any dispute of whatever nature, arising under this Agreement, such dispute shall be settled through good faith negotiation among the parties. In case such dispute can not be resolved by negotiation within 30 days such dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
